What data we process

• Contact form data: name, company, email, phone and the message. Purpose: replying to your inquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken before entering a contract.
• Server logs: IP address, time of access and requested URL. Purpose: security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: 30 days at most.

Cookies and analytics

Without your consent the site sets no cookies and sends nothing to Google. If you choose Accept in the banner, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies (valid for up to 2 years) and shows us how visitors find and use the site and how well our Google ads perform. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Purpose: analytics and ad measurement. Legal basis: your consent. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change or withdraw it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. Fonts and images are self-hosted.

Who we share data with

• The website and email hosting provider (servers in the EU), which also delivers messages from the contact form.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads), only with your consent. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

We keep inquiries for at most 12 months after the last contact if no collaboration follows. If we start working together, data is kept in line with accounting regulations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent, at any time. Write to info@afweb.si. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
